Description of brite tank
bright beer tank are often also called brite beer tank, tax determination tanks or clear
beer tanks (=CBTs), bright beer tanks (=BBTs) or maturation or conditioning tanks.
These tanks are used for the storage of the beer prior to being served or packaged.
Depending on their application the beer serving tanks can be glycol jacketed or can
be located in a cold room.For brewpubs serving is often done by pumping or pressurizing
the beer toward the serving location.
Configuration of brite tank
Design pressure 45 psi (3bar); working pressure 15psi (1bar)
4 stainless steel legs with leveling footpads
Interior shell: 304 stainless steel, thickness 3mm
Exterior shell: 304 stainless steel, thickness 2mm
Interior and exterior finish bright polish to 0.6~0.8 μm, hygiene surface
All Interior welds ground to a smooth0.6~0.8 μm sanitary finish
Flanged and dished head top and bottom
Carbonation system with micron stone
Temperature sensor well
All clamps and gaskets to attach all accessories
Tank complete with piping, fittings, sanitary valves and all parts.

Specific fitting sizes, changes and locations will be set during the design process after a deposit is taken.
