    Beer bottle machine main features

    1. Adopts high precision mechanical valve, has advantages of high precision in liquid level.
    2. Sealed filling cylinder made of 304 stainless steel and automatic adjustment of the liquid level to realize isobaric filling.
    3. Has CIP cleaning function, touching screen control, the whole machine is protected by stainless door.
    4. Adopt vacuumization and CO2 preparing pressure principal.
    5. The height of the rinsing-filling-capping machine is adjustable to fill different kinds of beer bottles within the design scope.
    6. Main transmission adopts a transmission combination of cog-type belt and gear box type, high efficiency and low noise.
    7. Main transmission adopts stepless speed regulation. The machine adopts Siemens PLC control.
    8. When there are bottles, it will fill. Otherwise, it won’t.
    9. There are two kinds of control system, manual and automatic. When using manual system, if there is no beer or cap, the machine can alarm automatically. When using automatic system, it can automatically adjust if you set the requirement.

    Rinsing part

    1. Introduction
      This machine is rotary rinser, mainly used in beer bottles . The main structure and the wash equipment wetted parts and external shields are stainless steel; gear transmission.
    2. Equipment composition and structure introduction
      Washing machine is made up of lifting device, the main transmission device, the fixed frame, clamp device, distributor, open clamp cams and over turn cams etc.

    Filling part

    1. Introduction
      Filling machine are made up of liquor pipe, rotating cylinder bearing base, filling cylinder fulcrum loop, filling cylinder, filling valve, filling cylinder pipe, control loop device, ascending device, the distributor, height adjusting control, cleaning glass, stimulating bubble arm.
    2. Height of filling tank adjustment
      The head of filling machine is supported by the middle stand column, loose the key when lift or fall off, then turn adjusting nut and lock the key

    Capping part

    1. Introduction
      Capping machine consists of hopper, chute, gland upper part, lower part, lift and anti-rotating pillar.
    2. The requirements of the crown cap:
      Only a standard height outer-diameter covered crown can guarantee the work of capper operating normally, crown cover should be stored in dry room.
