After the fermentation of the beer is completed, we usually transfer the beer to the sake tank to make it settle to a clearer state, and then refill and sell.

Since it is still fresh beer at this time, it is still necessary to maintain a sterile low temperature, and the sealed pressure holding and heat preservation is allowed to stand.

So the temperature control of the bright tank and the fermenter is the same as most of the structure, except that there is no sharp-pointed can bottom, because there is no yeast in the beer at this time.
