Microbrewery introduce

A microbrewery or craft brewery is a brewery that produces small amounts of beer,Such breweries are generally characterized by their emphasis on quality, flavor and brewing technique.

The micro-brewing movement began in the United Kingdom in the 1970s. After centuries of spread, the booming landscape in the United States, garages, basements, and fire-fighting buildings provided a maddening space for micro-brewing.

Almost everyone agrees that breweries producing less than 12,000 hl (about 10,000 US barrels) seem to fit the description. Whatever you use 2mm thick red copper cladding brewhouse or 3mm thick SUS 304 or 316 brewing system in a pub, bar, small factory, those all belongs microbrewery .

1, Our roller is Groove roll ,which is designed specifically for barley malt .So the barley powder content is very low, broken but not powder;2, All stainless steel to ensure that there is no rust,, also better impact resistance.

3, Using a unique device to control the roller space, so you can crush the malt into moderate size.

4, Using U-type motor base, to ensure the smooth operation for the whole mill equipment, with low  noise.

5, Using the composite gear drive technology, with automatic lubrication, do not need to add lubricating

oil for the gear, wear resistance, low noise.
